I was fortunate to be matched with Bina through a coaching program at my previous job. We only had a handful of sessions, but without her guidance, I wouldn't be on the life step that I am today. The first time we met over Zoom, I got shivers because I knew she was the real deal. I eagerly awaited each session, knowing that I would come out of the 30-minute conversation with a fresh perspective and renewed clarity on my situation. Bina was my Coach Instructor through the Certified Coach Program I took and I not only got an opportunity to partner and learn from her through my weekly classes, I also got a chance to know her on a core level as a human being. She exhibits integrity in how she shows up and is extremely passionate about serving and inspiring others. Her beliefs are rooted in empowering and lifting those around her and her warmth exudes through her very words and actions. I also invited Bina to be a guest speaker for my Business Psychology class at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where I serve as a Professor. She imparted knowledge on the ICF Core Competencies to support a greater understanding about the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession and also shared her own journey and experience. I look forward to us collaborating again in the future and recommend Bina on so many levels.
Bina and I have a long association. She was initially a Marketing Consultant at the place I worked as Head - Human Resources. Although she had international experience, it was very easy to work with her style of functioning. She patiently understood things from everyone concerned and suggested appropriate solutions / ideas.
